The holiday apartment 'La Pausa' is located in Gandía, in the Grau district, an area full of cafés, shops and restaurants, very close to the port and a large, secure public parking lot. It is the ideal place for you to enjoy a peaceful stay by the sea. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building with an elevator, ensuring comfortable access for all guests. It is a duplex accommodation, comfortable and suitable for up to six people. On the entrance level (second floor of the building), you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small bathroom, and a smaller bedroom for two people. On the first floor of the apartment, there are two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. In addition, there is a small balcony where you can place a chair or a drying rack for laundry; it is ideal for getting some fresh air, but it is not designed for several people to sit comfortably or to enjoy views of the port. The accommodation offers Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning and a washing machine. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
